Is it within guarantee?
Roundbrand will only process aftercare requests for products that are within guarantee.
Is it a manufacturing issue?
Roundbrand will only process aftercare requests relating to manufacturing issues. Roundbrand are a supply only company and do not attend to installation issues. Any visits that are found to relate to instillation issues will be chargeable.
Are you the customer?
Roundbrand will only process aftercare requests for orders that are in the customers name.
